I’ve been super into this genre recently. Grounded sci-fi books that focus more on a small scale human story rather than the macro style story arch’s that I usually attribute to the sci-fi genre.
Some of my favourites are 11/22/63 by Stephen King, Dark Matter by Blake Crouch, and Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir.
If anyone knows anything else that fits this genre please let me know! Preferably by other authors than the ones listed, because I’ve gone pretty deep into their other works already.
