Looking for some encouragement
I started a new job a few months ago, and its turned my schedule upside down. I lost 10 pounds last year, and slowly have gained it all back, and then some.
I feel very defeated, and even though I wake up each day wanting to do my best, I feel like I'm just falling short and falling behind every single day.
Has anyone gone through this? Any words of advise or encouragement?
As it stands right now, I'm aiming to lose 28 pounds by the end of the year - approx 1 lb/week consistently.
