I live on a private street and have been trying to get fibre broadband installed; I own my own place and have the freehold but BT Openreach require the freeholder of the land to sign a wayleave agreement so they can lift up a paving stone to connect it. I've tried twice to get it installed and each time the land freeholder ignores all communications from BT Openreach and they wont proceed until they get a response. Has anyone had a similar situation and any advice on what to do?
