


I bought this 125 lifan engine in parts and i assembled it, it worked for 200km until the 2nd gear started jerking/slipping, i replaced the shifter fork and it worked for 700km, now i had to open up the engine for the crankshaft and i noticed excessive wear on the fork again. I replaced the whlole drum and this is what the new drum looks like after 30kms… i have 0 idea where could the problem be, i compared my transmission with a second transmission from a working engine and all the spacers were right and right thickness.
The clutch axle seems to be too high and always rub into the shifter fork but i cant understand why would it be too high.
Also on the internet there is 0 clear exploded wiews so i have no way of knowing if im missing a washer.
