Hi there,

I recently complained about noise at 4am from a neighbor directly above me. The leasing office definitely spoke to them about the noise issue.

The following day the neighbor does another loud thud that unfortunately woke me up again. It felt intentional, as it’s inconsistent very loud thuds that does not give me a chance to record like I previously did.

I want y’all’s opinion on how to navigate through this as I feel the leasing office will be helpful if I present them with the right data.
