My order was sent to the pharmacy on 4/14 and I still have not gotten shipping confirmation. I reached out to Support last week and received a response that my prescription was sent on 4/24, which was well within the 7-10 business days. This chat never notified me, so I was not available when the chat was responded to. The support team obviously never looked up my account and shipping information when responding to my inquiry since they were off on the approval date by 10 days. This is ridiculous that I am unable to get an answer and assistance. I’ve tried again today with another run around of communicating why I have not received my prescription. Screenshots attached with personal information scratched out. The lack of ability to speak with someone is concerning as well as the lack of updates to my order. I am 2 days outside of the 7-10 business day delivery expectation with no update, no shipping, no confirmation.
