Pumping journey/guilt
I’ve made it to 6 months and I think my supply is really taking a hit from being back at work and prioritizing sleep over MOTN pumping.
We’ve had to supplement with formula for a bit now and I can’t help but feel guilty. I feel like I failed my baby in a way; that I should have done more to keep my supply up for him.
He’s a happy baby and starting to eat purées now too. It’s just not how I saw any of this journey going
