Hey all,
I’ve decided to utilise the outhouse that already existed when we moved in recently and try to get in shape at the same time!
I’ve looked at the foundation/ support and it just seems to be these wooden beam things (excuse my horrible terminology).
I won’t be lifting heavy (i.e no bench press / deadlift etc.) so I imagine my total plate weights will be around 60-70kg max when i’m done getting some more.
Would the outhouse support this long term? I can get proper gym mats (please suggest some!) and spread the plates out as needed but apart from that and a bench and the other bits and bobs like bars, would this be fine?
