I just landed a fully remote position, where I’ll be working with East Coast customers from Perth.

In my previous roles, I have been 90% in office with 1-2 days a week WFH where I wasn’t as worried about my setup.

Now that it’s 100% remote, I am looking for advice on how to improve my home office set-up, which is basically a desk and AirPods at this point.

I’m starting from zero, and I’m curious what tech helps and will make me appear better on video calls.

Also, any hints on how to structure a good routine would be appreciated.
