I am thinking of getting their premium rental service that would help me find a place in eindhoven, are they a scam??

I hear everyone all over reddit state that holland2stay, househunting.nl and other brokers are literal trash and shitty but also it is extremely difficult to manage to get any sort of housing so if i were to get an offer, do i take it or no?

I am a student in Eindhoven and need to move out since my lease ends by July. I am thinking of applying for holland2stay lotteries but I just want to know as to within approximately how many lotteries can one achieve a studio via holland2 stay. Any help would be highly appreciated :)
