Hi. 31m here. Was wondering if anyone had these symptoms or feelings.

• things moving too fast in peripheral vision can set off a panic

• dizziness/floating feeling. Like auto pilot?

• when driving, my arm/hands can put me into a panic

• when thinking about different scenarios in my head, I get an internal vibration and then set into panic again.

Feeling so alone and lost
