I received item that was not described correctly, seller insist I pay return postage.
I bought a desk lamp that doesn't have UK plug, seller didn't mention this in their listing. I asked for return and they insist I pay for return postage. Is there anything I can do or will I need to pay out of my pocket to return goods that were not described correctly?
