Hello, as the title states, i am looking for a wine to try while eating bolognese in a date night. What type of Italian red wine do you think would be perfect with it? (I used Pinot Grigio while cooking it if it matters). I was thinking about buying Villa Antinori Toscana, but any other suggestion is ok too. Thanks
