What months exactly are the SSBs conducted for the 1st NDA of the year?

People scoring 290 total with 100 in maths didn't make it, people scoring 210 marks have their roll no in the pdf. Either there has been a major mess up with results or a hell lots of questions have bonus marking. But how the hell is the guy with 210 marks in there? How low even is the cut-off this time? Also the publishing of results was off by 10 days compared to the usual. Something is up.
