This has to be one of my favorite songs on the album but it just hits so close to home that I can't bring myself to listen to it most of the time. Has anyone else experienced this? I've thought about sending it to my estranged brother but I just know it wouldn't change anything. My feelings are all over the place

I have been living and breathing the Great Divide, but one song I just can’t click with is Downfall. I enjoy listening to it but there’s a disconnect. If you love this song, can you tell me why?
