A few days ago, I got banned from an incident that happened almost a year ago (June 2nd 2025), when I insulted a guy that was harrasing me, at that time I got banned for one day, and when the ban ended, I ended up forgetting about it, now, almost a year later, I've got banned for that same incident, I've appealed the decision and I'm only getting denial and automated messages.
What do I do now to get my account back?
P.D.: I haven't got any other incident (not of this sort nor in general) since that one, and I also didn't have any incidents before that
