My workplace has banned ALL AI supported apps except microsoft copilot for security reasons. This is a problem because I built a database in Notion that I used frequently to track (non-tech) projects.

I do not use Notion for collaboration
A locally hosted solution could be fine
I need the solution to be flexible and visual

Any suggestions?

There cannot be ANY AI in the app because it is banned. I never used the AI (except for meeting transcriptions) and it was mostly annoying.
