My VSO requested a HLR for my DDD denial but never mentioned about the IC request in early March. I called the 800 number 2 times and mentioned I would like to request one. It’s early so my case probably is still waiting and I’m hoping I get granted the IC. I’ve seen people mention this website where I can schedule one myself at https://waitwhile.com/locations/droc388 . Should I do that now or wait for them to contact me? Wondering what the best course of action is, thank you!
