With the release of the Select banner today for the HSE the rate for Limited Sync Pairs is higher than usual.

Even though DeNA said they want to fix the SS Kieran Banner at a later time this is the second Banner with a higher rate to pull a Poké Fair unit.

I guess someone at DeNA REALLY messed up the code lol
