My name is Adriana and I’m 28 (F) & I’m looking for a new longterm roommate to do a lease takeover in Brooklyn. Ideally I am looking for someone who is CLEAN, respectful, responsible, moderately quiet, no pets (I am allergic to cats), preferably female and someone who is overall not problematic. This is a rent stabilized unit, with central air , washer and dryer in unit as well as an elevator. Additionally, the room comes with your own private balcony. I would like someone to fill the space by the end of May no later than early June. Serious inquiries only, must have good credit (700 minimum) & 40x rent requirement (your portion of rent would be ~1300)
