I am currently on 54mg methylphenidate, still going through the titration period and I don’t think I can take it anymore. The first few hours (2-3HRS) of me taking it, I feel this high and positive feeling. But then I suddenly feel extremely low, anxious and irritable. Sometimes the feeling is soo overwhelming I just want to crawl into a hole. I tried to relay this to my clinic during my second titration meeting but he brushed it and suggested a higher dose to combat it. I am very nervous to try this new dose and not sure what to do. I feel like my concerns are not being properly considered in my meetings, they last about 5mins max where he just glosses over everything I say.
