Add-on charges for transportation

Rover allows the option to add your rate for transportation charges. I only offer boarding and really prefer not picking up and dropping off dogs from their home to my home as I see it as a safety issue not knowing how the dogs might react in a vehicle. As such, I do offer it as a service, but my rate is pretty high. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of clients request this service, but they don’t pay for it through rover. They say something casual like “oh I’ll tip you extra for the inconvenience” or they don’t even offer to pay extra at all! I’m not sure how to navigate this conversation and am here seeking input from others! Sometimes I feel bad pointing to my rover rate because I know it is high! And I also feel bad refusing to offer the service if it means losing a client. I am wondering if they even see my transportation rate on rover and it is just an oversight of not knowing that rover allows us to set rates for this service? Or if they do see it and purposely pretend to “play dumb”?

I recently applied to get off of SAVE and onto PAYE. At the time, I was pregnant and the income based payment calculation said to include unborn children in family size, so I did. I have since miscarried and received my new PAYE payment plan the day after I miscarried, which is supposed to begin this upcoming month.

Do I need to re-submit paperwork since miscarrying to show a smaller family size? I’m happy to pay the slightly smaller payment amount, but don’t want these payments to somehow not count toward PSLF or to get in trouble with the IRS. I never meant to lie, unfortunately, my pregnancy just didn’t result in the delivery of a healthy baby.
