I’m 30, been in sales a decade, is it too late?

Hello fellow people.

Basically the title. I moved with my family back to the east coast and have found that sales just isn’t as reliable here as it is on the west coast. Looking to get a steady job with maybe even a pension and I just don’t know if it’s too late to start. Any advice would be great. I’ve been in remodeling sales mostly as well as appliances for a few years. I grew up on a farm so I understand the basics but let’s for good measure assume I know nothing about electricians and what they do. I’d be starting from the ground up.

Hello fellow earthlings. My family have recently relocated back to the east coast and bought a property where 3/4 of it is currently surrounded by what I’ll call a rough knee high rock wall of the 34 acres. Feel free to google New England rock walls for an example.

Anyways we will be working this property for the rest of our lives and would like an idea from people that have done it in the past, what it would take to add to said wall and make it belly height and a little more consistent.

Example questions:

While I have what seems to be plenty of rock on the property, is it going to be so much rock that I might as well just have it brought in, or can I feasibly get it from the land?

We own a regular (I think) sized tractor. Will that be sufficient for slow progress?

Besides just dry stacking the rocks, is there a more modern way to do it that would give me a more consistent look?

Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions and I’ll respond as soon as I can :)
