Has anyone else’s dog diagnosed with Gastritis throw up (yellow bile) days after being fine?

(Yes I will be taking to my vet Monday) My girl had to go to the ER due to vomiting and being dehydrated on Monday. The vet found swelling in the intestines via xray and per untrasound, vitals, blood work she was stable and nothing indicating surgery or an emergency, but they wanted to keep her over night to monitor. They withheld food for 24 hours and sent her home the next day because she was stable. Since Tuesday she was eating her small frequent meals of a bland diet and Friday I decided to give her some dry kibble. She was fine til she threw up bile this morning. I’m having severe anxiety about it but the vet said it doesn’t go right back to normal so I may of gave her dry food too soon. Does anyone else have a dog with Gastritis? Any bile issues? And what do you do after they do vomit bile? (Withhold food etc)

Continuous Yaz (skipping breakthrough bleeding) has helped me so much. I’m almost to the sugar pills of my 3rd continuous pack (about to start another pack) I take it at the same time, everyday without missing. Should I be taking pregnancy tests making sure I’m not pregnant? Doctor didn’t mention that, but I’ve read online I should be? Does anyone do this? Thanks in advance!
