got my hands on a sample of this chinese bad boy by TANAT (Yunyun Nannan Catimor filter roast). I have got only ~50g and I don’t want to mess up lol.

I was told this coffee is a bit tricky to brew and needs a quick drawdown which is why I would tend to brew it w/ Deep27 (+ I could do more brews with low volume). in case of doubt, Tetsu’s Devil Recipe or 4:6 with really coarse grind. any other recommendations/ideas?
