Does national university usually fail students in finals especially a board course?

Any helpful notes to understand easily the board exam subjects in bs psychology especially psych assessment? I want to pass the board exam subjects and I don't want to retake the board exam subjects because I feel like a disappointment to myself if that happens and I might lose motivation to continue
