I had a motorcycle accident 8 months ago and due to delayed medical care, they finally scheduled my MRI recently in March 26. The results were “large area Osteonecrosis in the distal metaphyseal femur”. I can not have a knee replacement, due to already having a cadaver tibial osteotomy and permanent fracture in the middle of the bone. I also have CRPS and ehlers dahns.

I have a physically rigorous career and 5 years till retirement (I’m 36), so I don’t want to do the CD and have to conduct revisions or be out of work for months on end. What options are there?
