It is a cheesecake of sorts but I haven’t tasted one like it before - it was in my fridge from a lunch my mum went to and it was a German woman’s family recipe. It was almost gummy in texture and had a very citrusy kind of tangy flavour idk how to explain it. It also had a pink mushroom gummy on top and the cheesecake was pale green in colour. Thank you !!
