I feel like I got robbed.

At this time, the communication is almost completely automated.

If something goes wrong like: your package doesn’t show up (mine got stolen out my mailbox), and you get a refund through Route, and for “some reason” the refund link they emailed you doesn’t work.

They WILL NOT HELP YOU!

THEY WILL GHOST YOU. They will believe the refund went through and they will not help you. I don’t understand. $168.10 is what I lost.

FYI; I have a habit. I know it’s not everyone cup a tea, but i love it. Always have.

I also don’t make very much money, but I make enough to live happily.

At this time, I’m on a LOA for a wrist injury, there was a problem with my insurance, so I haven’t been paid in 4 weeks, and to top it off…. A storm knocked a tree onto my truck totaling it this week.

I have no money.

No vehicle.

And now I feel as though I’ve robbed in plain sight AGAIN

Any advice on how to get these companies to hear me?

If you use Route Protection Insurance when you buy from Element Vape, and your sh*t gets stolen…. Route does not have a customer service hotline/page to complain or review.

You will only be in contact with ONE person/representative.

And if this person decides to say they’ve sent your refund when they actually haven’t and then goes silent: YOU CANT DO SH*T ABOUT IT BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP! Bye bye $200 bucks 😭 I feel like I got robbed twice
