Today I had to say goodbye to my good boy Milo. He was diagnosed with cancer six weeks ago. The vet said that it would be possible to amputate his leg but he wasn’t really a good candidate for it. 1. He was 12. 2. It came on so fast the amputation may not get it all. So I have had six more weeks with my sweet boy. Today was hard but it was the right thing to do. It was so fast. He lost a bunch of weight in this last week and it seemed like he was starting to develop new tumors.
