So within the last year I bought a new 25 golf r at Volkswagen and it’s my only vehicle.i got the tire and rim warranty. I hit a pothole last night and blew the front tire which is covered but there trying to tell me there’s a two week wait and won’t give me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work in the time being. The only offer they gave me is to buy a new set of tires off of them at full price or to pay for airfare which is 200$ to get it early. Is it fair for me to say that seeming I’m paying for warranty and there responsible to have the tires in stock for these reasons that they should pay the price of the airfare if they can’t give me a loaner car?
