First time ko magcommute to manila this coming first week of may. My special someone's birthday is coming up and I wanna surprise her with a flower boquet from dangwa :)))

Can you guys help me how to get to DANGWA from TARLAC. Which bus should I ride, Jeepneys i should take, streets to walk on, and any tips? I've been to manila na pero usually by car, so I'm not familiar with the commute pa. Please your boy out and thank you guys :)))
