Hey! I'm thinking about organizing an event in October (Halloween theme) where a live orchestra plays Elden Ring music.

I've identified these steps but I'm not sure where to start or how much each thing might cost:

Venue — still evaluating options
Orchestra — is it better to find a local one or are there orchestras that already do video game repertoire?
Sound and lighting — technician + equipment
Music rights — how does this work for a live event with video game music?
Promotion — how to market the event in advance
Raffle at the end — a painted 3D printed figure of an Elden Ring boss

Has anyone organized something like this or has experience with this kind of event? Any advice is welcome!
