
I'm a hybrid athlete myself (running, cycling, strength 4x/week, ~10h/week) and I've been struggling with the same thing for a while: no tool actually integrates both sides of training. My lifting app has zero idea I ran a tempo workout yesterday. My running plan doesn't care that I deadlifted heavy on Tuesday.
I've been using Claude as a workaround to plan manually, which kind of works — but it's not ideal.
Before I go further down the rabbit hole of trying to build something to solve this, I want to understand if this is actually a widespread problem or just my personal frustration.
