I got a giftcard for my birthday and I was so escited to go in store and use it today only for me to go to the register and have the employee tell me that the balance is zero. She knows its brand new because i literally peeled off the sticker to reveal the code in front of her. She told me to call customer service and they would either reload the giftcard or email me an egiftcard. It’s frustrating because I was so excited to use it and completely wasted an hour of my time in store browsing for products that I’ve been wanting to get. I call customer service and they tell me that I’ll be getting an email about updates within the next 72 hours. My giftcard was used on May 4th by someone else even though thats not physically possible because I didn’t even scratch off the code nor did I live in the city that it was being used. Frustrating as heck.
