Tyene Sand, A Song of ice and fire books, maybe not a villain per se, but is describes as the most dangerous among her sisters, mostly because her appearance (innocent looking and basically pretty close to what a nun is in the ASOIAF universe) deceives from the fact that she is a master poisoner and one of the most ruthless of the sandsnakes
Bianca, from the video game 1348 ex voto, didn’t play the game, as far as I know it bombed, but should reflect the trope, basically turns out to be the main villain of the story, is a nun, nuff said
