Sighing very frequently now that I meditate and it's not a nice feeling

I've been meditating, with a focus on my breath, almost every day for the past couple of weeks. Today I realized that I take deep breaths (like a sigh) while doing other things, like working​​, very often​. In the past, I experienced this and associated it with anxiety. Now, I don't know if this is due to the meditation practice (although these sighs don't make me feel good) or to anxiety, or both. Any advice? Thank you in advance!
