Should I pull for Hiyuki or keep it for rerun Zhezhi later? I can pull Hiyuki + sig plus another resonator with sig at my current pull ticket. My Carlotta no sig and playing with Taoqi is painful. Buling not at S6 so cant use her. Can these two do dual DPS? I haven't see any so far.
