Earlier this year, I found out that I've had mold in my system for 5+ years, as well as chronic Lyme (treatment for this was last fall), for at least 2 years. Currently being treated for mold with binders, itraconazole, BEG spray, ivermectin, and LDN. I sauna every day or so, followed by an ice bath. I also take OTC supplements for mast cells/histamine intolerance. I have confirmed my home is a safe place to live (no mold after 2 different independent tests). But as all of you know, recovery is a daily struggle.

My question to the kind folks of Reddit....

What moved the needle most for your progress? If it's multiple things, could you list the top 3-5? Ozone? IV-therapy? Anything else, no matter how strange it may sound.

I know recovery takes patience, especially after being ill for years, but I would also like to find ways to get wins, however small they may be.

Peace and thanks!
