Hello everyone, I'm starting my first 72 hours fast in around 1h. I decided to post here to hold myself accountable and ask if you have any advice for a first longer fast (I never did more than 40hours before). Since I dont work tomorrow, I thought this long week-end would be the perfect opportunity to try 72h.

If anyone is starting a long fast today, let's motivate each other !
