I woke up from this nightmare a while ago and i have been spiralling due to it. My mother is asleep right now but as soon as she wakes uo im gonna convince her to get checked but i cant bring myself to tell her about this. I feel like saying it out loud would do something bad. I cant stop crying because of the thought that this could be true.
