I received an invitation to a police hearing next month regarding an excessive speeding violation, the invitation does not mention any further details about the recorded speed but I know it was a fixed radar area and cannot recall my speed at the time. What can I risk in this case? I’m an expat living in Belgium since 3 years, had only one minor speeding PV in my record.
Edit: I was not driving my car which was under repair, it was the garage replacement car and the area was a 50km area, not 30km. Maybe they want to make sure who was the actual driver? I don’t think I was doing a 100km, I’m not that type of person.
