Hi everyone,

I writing this to get some help. Im a DACA receipt and Im trying to get a GC license in south Carolina. I don’t meet the requirement with DACA. But I also have a U Visa application BFD with work permit.

question is Im unsure how to fill out the application Using my U Visa Work permit.

Do I check option#3 or #4 ? any help will be greatly Appreciated. Thank you.
