Hi all, need some honest advice.

I have ~3 years of experience in frontend/UI and have already worked in 4 companies. Now I’m about to join my 5th — working for Caterpillar via Randstad (not direct payroll).

The opportunity looks good in terms of brand and salary, but I’m worried about stability. I’ve heard mixed things about third-party payroll roles and differences compared to direct employees. I’m also planning to get married in about a year, so I’m looking for a long-term, stable role.

Worst case, if I stay ~1 year and switch again, will that be a red flag (5 companies in ~4 years)? Will it affect future opportunities?

Also, how stable are roles like this in reality? Is it a good stepping stone or should I be cautious?

Would really appreciate honest opinions from people with similar experience.
