I’m a 35-year-old male, married with 4 children. I’ve had a normal and healthy sex life with my wife since early marriage (no erectile issues with her at all).
About 5–6 years ago, I moved abroad for work and started living alone. During that time, I began regularly watching porn and masturbating (around 2–3 times a week).
Now I’m facing a specific issue:
With my wife: normal erection and performance
With new partners (girlfriend/escorts): erection problems, performance anxiety, difficulty maintaining erection
Libido is present, but physical response fails in these situations
This problem only happens outside my marriage.
I’m trying to understand if this is:
Porn/masturbation related conditioning (PIED)
Performance anxiety with new partners
Psychological issue due to comfort/attachment to wife
Or something physical (though function is normal with wife)
Would appreciate serious medical or experience-based input.
