Logging into bank accounts on IPhone, and now getting notifications to paste the passwords into my files app and safari. Am I being hacked?

Posting this because I’m not sure if my iPhone is compromised . Admittedly I’ve been downloading and torrenting here and there so there is a risk and concern for malicious spyware or something similar.
There was a file in particular I accidentally downloaded that was a screen share srn file. I immediately deleted it though as it wasn’t at all what I was looking for.
I tried logging into my bank account today on my ally app on my iPhone using my password key and was prompted with an iPhone notification to paste the password into my files folder. Why would the files folder ask me this?
Once this happened, I clicked “don’t allow” and thought this was really weird. I then went to go change the password and while changing it, it prompted to paste it into safari. I click not allow again but this has me worried there is something more going on here.
Is this a known cyber security threat? Or something else?
