hello! kita niyo naman po sa title hehe, the reason lang i want to transfer out is mainly bc of the environment and the whole school year halos wala akong natutunan especially this second sem.

I just want to ask if paano po yung full procedure ng pag tatransfer out here? esp. to those who successfully transferred out here, please help me out. Thank u so much! :)
