Hi everyone! So, I've been struggling trying to find a career that's best for me and I'm not sure which path to take. I have an associate's degree in liberal arts and a bachelor's in animal science. My passion is animal care/rehabilitation but it just doesn't provide a liveable wage :(

I'm 28 and had plenty of animal related jobs. I worked 4 years as a zookeeper which I loved but then got too burnt out while only making minimum wage. Now, I work parttime for the state as an office assistant. I enjoy working with people but I'm also shy so I would prefer something that isn't too clientele-based and isn't too stressful lol.

I'm interested in going into research, data collection, writing reports, or administration. My goal is to continue animal rehab as a side hustle/hobby and choosing something else as my main career. Are there any jobs that would provide training in a lab setting or something similar? What other jobs should I apply to that would provide a decent wage with my degrees? TIA!!!
