Hi all, i tried to come off 15mg 3 weeks ago after a year and a half in. I cut down to 7.5mg i lasted 2 weeks and had to go back up to 15mg i was dizzy and having heart palpitations like no tomorrow i ended up in A&E thinking i was going to die. I HATE the weight gain I just dint know how i will ever get off I want to go on to something else not this or try and manage my anxiety on my own but i dont know how im ever going to do this at home and working with a 20 month old baby😢😢😢
