looking for syllabi + advice for some phl courses

hey everyone, i’m planning my courses for next year. i’m trying to get a better sense of course structure and workload before enrolling, so if anyone has past syllabi for any of these philosophy courses, i’d really appreciate it if you could send them my way

  • phl273
  • phl275
  • phl375
  • phl381
  • phl382
  • phl385
  • phl407
  • phl413
  • phl440

a few of these are required for my program, but they were full this year so i wasn’t able to take them 💀 so i’m trying to figure out what to prioritize next time around

also if anyone knows how realistic it is to get into a full class (waitlists, emailing profs, department permission, etc.), i’d really appreciate any advice 🙏

thanks in advance

ok i am BEGGING at this point 😭🙏 i have the most insane exam anxiety like genuinely my brain shuts off the second i walk into an exam room 💀 i already have enough stress from the courses i actually need for my degree so i physically cannot deal with more finals

does anyone know any br 4 courses that are ACTUALLY bird and have no exams… like none. zero. not even a “small midterm” disguised as participation 😭 i’m totally fine with essays, projects, weekly assignments, discussion posts, literally anything as long as i don’t have to sit in a silent room fighting for my life over a paper

pls drop suggestions + profs if you have them 🙏 i am trying to protect my gpa and my sanity at the same time 💀

ty in advance i owe you my life and first born child 😭
